Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-friendly, responsive web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Firebase.
  
• Build and maintain secure, scalable APIs and backend systems.
  
• Ensure applications are testable, efficient, and optimized for performance.
  
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate ideas into intuitive digital experiences.
  
• Contribute to the architecture, documentation, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
  
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring young developers.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy applications with an ownership mindset.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3.
  
• Hands-on experience with Firebase (authentication, database, hosting).
  
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, version control (Git), and cloud-based integrations.
  
• Familiarity with unit testing and deployment best practices.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Spring Boot, Java, or AWS services.
  
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Passion for mentoring, community-driven initiatives, or open-source contributions.
