The inclusion of any products or services at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or offer at any time.

2. Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed on our website include Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other alternate indirect tax, but do not include a delivery charge.
The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.

If you provided us with your email address while placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation shortly. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received money for the order, we will make every effort to reimburse the relevant amount using the same manner as the original payment. If alternative arrangements are required for any reason, we will inform you.
Girl Power Talk accepts and processes orders with the utmost care, and will make every effort to deliver your order to an address in India in accordance with your chosen delivery option.
Girl Power Talk makes every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are received. Unless otherwise agreed, we strive to deliver within 1 to 8 working days of receiving an order confirmation.
Though we strive to fulfill within the specified time limit, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be informed of the expected delivery details when you place your order. If you provided us with your email address when you placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. Please contact us at Customer Service or Instagram DM if your order does not arrive by the scheduled delivery date.
5. Withdrawal of Order
You have the option to cancel or return your order from the time you place it until 7 days after you receive the ordered items.
We will issue a refund using the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving your cancellation notice, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the items. If you receive a defective item, please notify Girl Power Talk immediately and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. Girl Power Talk will provide a full refund for any defective products. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any statutory rights that may exist.
Girl Power Talk guarantees a full refund for any returned items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in when you received them. This means that the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered and that any labels or tags should be present. You are to record and send the unpacking of the received product on our Customer Service or Instagram DM for claiming an already existing damage in the product.

Debit Card or Credit Card You can enter your payment information using a valid credit or debit card when you place your order. When you place your order in the checkout, the applicable amount will be deducted. We reserve the right to verify the credit or debit card’s validity, credit status in relation to the order value, and the purchaser’s address data. We reserve the right to refuse orders based on the results of these checks.UPI You can pay for your order using UPI. When you place your order in the checkout, the order value will be deducted from the associated bank account. The legally required invoice document will be included in the Shipping Confirmation email.

Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your order is limited to the total amount of your order.
