About the Role

As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the center of strategy, design, and execution, shaping products that inspire our community and empower global users. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap, aligning business goals with user needs.
  • Conduct user interviews, data analysis, and competitor research to inform product direction.
  • Translate ideas into clear product specs, user flows, and wireframes in collaboration with design.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver products on time and at high quality.
  • Monitor key product metrics and dashboards, making data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously gather feedback from Business Development, Marketing, and Client Relations teams to refine solutions.
  • Champion the voice of the user while balancing business priorities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Product management or product strategy experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to query data and interpret metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a startup or early-stage environment with evolving processes.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a bias for action.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or consumer-facing products.
  • Exposure to AI/LLMs or emerging technologies.
  • Passion for mentoring young professionals or contributing to community-driven projects.
