Under her leadership, Girl Power Talk has expanded to employ talent from more than 35 countries, helping companies strengthen their operations while creating meaningful career opportunities for young professionals.
Rachita also serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Blue Ocean Global Technology. Her responsibilities include corporate communications, client engagement, and new business development. Leveraging digital technology, she improves profitability and fosters strategic partnerships in North America and Europe. Rachita believes that business success and positive social impact go hand in hand. She is passionate about equipping the next generation with skills, mentorship, and opportunities, while enabling companies to thrive in new markets.
