As CEO of Girl Power Talk, an organization dedicated to providing transformative career opportunities and gender lens investing, she leads strategic direction and social impact initiatives grounded in empowerment. Rachita’s commitment to merging profit with purpose underpins how clients achieve growth & DEI objectives. She also serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Blue Ocean Global Technology. Her responsibilities include corporate communications, client engagement, and new business development. Leveraging digital technology, Rachita improves profitability and fosters strategic partnerships in North America and Europe.

As Chairperson of the All Ladies League, she advocates for women in leadership.
