Sydni Joseph is the Co-Founder of Big Plan Holdings, where she leads new business development, creative brand direction, event production, investor relations, and operational strategies. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Kentucky, Sydni earned dual degrees in Marketing and Fashion Merchandising. As a passionate advocate for women in business, she co-founded 3rd Eye Hi, a luxury CBD subscription box company, at 20, gaining extensive experience in start-ups, marketing, and business operations.At Big Plan Holdings, Sydni oversees due diligence for over 400 deals annually, evaluating their team, profitability, industry positioning, and fit within the company's portfolio. She also creates investor-facing materials and supports the capital-raising process, aiming to offer meaningful investment opportunities, especially for young women.
Sydni is a Partner and Director of Special Events at American Paint, an experiential retail concept in Nashville. Her background includes event management roles at the University of Kentucky and Kehoe Designs, working on celebrity weddings, galas, and corporate events.
Sydni serves on several boards, including the Stevenson Foundation, The Jospeh Family Foundation, and Musicians On Call, and she is active in Chicago’s Emerging Leaders network. Splitting her time between Chicago and Nashville, Sydni continues to expand her expertise and connections.
