Prior to joining TTB, Nicolina held roles at OTG Management, DirecTV, City of New York, and Goldman Sachs, where she developed training programs and integration strategy following mergers & acquisitions. Her experience in financial services, corporate training, and compliance underpin her ability to communicate effectively.
Nicolina is also an Entrepreneur in Residence at Girl Power Talk, where she mentors emerging leaders and empowers women globally. Nicolina is passionate about giving back. She is an active member of the Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research and the Abraham Lincoln Association. Born and raised in Bolivia, Nicolina moved to the United States at 16 to pursue the American Dream—a journey shaped by resilience, hard work, and meaningful impact.
