A Desi Trail Mix: Unraveling India Through A Foreigner’s Eyes

Despite what Bunny from Ye Jawani Hai Deewani thinks, Indian food (or marriage!) is not just dal chawal for the rest of your life. Luckily, not all foreigners think like that. Our global team rarely gets the chance to visit the main office down in Chandigarh. When Stevens, our Chief Financial Officer, visited us for the first time, we jumped at the chance to make his trip as memorable as possible.
Although this video was meant to capture a foreigner’s perspective on India, it’s a rich discourse on famous regional cuisines that Stevens got to eat here. From Biryani to Butter Chicken, Stevens discussed his wonder at the zesty flavours that make food not only an experience but a core memory.
Weddings have the power to bind people from different backgrounds together. Big Fat Indian Weddings are always spellbinding, even if you’re Indian yourselves. Among the functions, rituals, and ethnic clothing particular to traditional Indian weddings, for Stevens, the whole event was an education in Indian culture. Since our culture places great emphasis on the importance of hospitality, treating our guests with utmost respect is a stereotype that India embraces proudly.
We hope Stevens’ adventures with our team in India will encourage more foreigners to invest in an immersive travel experience. A work trip doesn’t always have to be so drab and unfeeling. Stevens’ trip to our office is proof of that.

What If The States Could Speak: Mythbusting and fun facts about different cultures!

It is globally acknowledged that India is one of the most multicultural countries in the world. Our ethnically diverse states enable India to have an enriched culture full of regional languages and colorful customs. It cannot be denied that there’s never a dull moment.
There’s no shortage of stereotypes about where we all come from. Asians can’t drive, Indian food is spicy, and many more. This episode celebrates the joy of those differences. True enough, variety is the spice of life.
Many of us move to metropolitan areas for better opportunities. We have to change ourselves to fit in, but don’t you think a work environment is more fruitful when everyone feels welcomed? The ladder to inclusivity and cultural diversity is not that steep. And the first step to achieve diversity is breaking stereotypes.
Did you know that people do not hang out with elephants casually in Jharkhand? As exquisite as Bengali sweets are, the state also comprises many savory dishes that taste sublime. Think about it; Bengal is a state that’s saturated with culture and divine practices. How would their cuisine be just centered around desserts? (Somewhere in Bengal, a Bengali person just burped in satisfaction!)

Also, do you think Japanese people eat in bento boxes for all their meals?? No, right? Similarly, Ash would like to share that Malayali people do not always eat their meals on banana leaves; their kitchenware contains bowls and plates just like any other household. From the natural animal reserves in Jharkhand to the Malayali dialects of Kerala, watch as our crew become a desi version of Mythbusters and get into heated debates about their favorite regional cuisine. Let us know which state you belong to in the comments of the video!

College dreams meet real-world routines in this fun, honest take on adulting.

In this kick-off episode, host Ayushi is joined by her two office buddies, Rapti and Niharika, for a heart-to-heart about adulting. The word we all dread but eventually live.
They laugh through the fitness goals that never made it past January, the spinach in the fridge that screams “responsible choices,” and the most common lie we tell our relatives: “Shaadi? Jab aap dhoondoge!” It’s funny. But it’s also full of truth.
This episode is about starting early. Saving. Investing. Setting your own goals. It’s about learning to block out the noise from social media. Learning to say no without feeling guilty.
The trio opens up about the shift. From carefree college days to handling work stress and protecting your weekend peace. It’s honest. It’s relatable. And it hits home for anyone in their twenties.
They break down the basics. Budgeting with the 50 30 20 rule. Taking care of your mental health. Building habits that actually help. No pressure. No judgment. Just real talk, useful tips, and a few laughs that make you feel less alone.
